Zupan has nothing to do with the scandal <I>directly</I>. He is - shall we say - collateral damage to PM's ever-more dwindling public image. Cabinet reshuffle is aimed at one thing only: to reassert Janša as a strong leader, who's fully in charge. If you'd have read the post carefully, you'd have noticed that (now former) chief of SOVA is also among the replaced officials. And that (you'll surely agree) is <I>directly</I> connected to the spy scandal. It's not that I'm trying too hard... I'm not trying at all. These things come naturally to me :) You’re missing the point. Zupan has nothing to do with the scandal directly. He is - shall we say - collateral damage to PM’s ever-more dwindling public image.
